I have enjoyed 6,000 + days teaching, learning, and working with children. Growing up in Minnesota on a Quarter Horse ranch and graduating from Minnesota State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree were great experiences. Teaching moved me to Evanston, Wyoming, and currently I have been at Hunters Glen for the last eighteen years. My experiences have been in grades K-8th grade and currently I have been teaching fourth grade. Traveling as a Fullbright School to Japan and being nominated five times to "Who's Who for Outstanding Educators" by past scholars that were honor H.S. /College graduates have been highlights in my professional career.
My vision as an educator is to contribute support to the knowledge, skills, and well being of each student. Implementing a variety of teaching techniques with rigor and well-planned curriculum are essential to the growth and development of scholars.
I have been married for 30 years and have four children . We spend time enjoying the mountains and participating in many family outdoor activities. We love cooking together as a family, music, threatre, and sports. Life to me is a gift, and I am very passionate about the privilege to be your child's teacher.
